MING(Beng Hwa) is a self-taught Singaporean artist who was inspired by her primary school teacher. She started and worked as a graphic designer for more than 20 years, yet the desire to be a full-time artist was like a fire that kept burning within her. Life took a turn when a critical illness rendered her jobless. She recovered and decided to put her energy into creating artworks that reflect her journey of discovery of life and beauty. 10 years ago, MING came to know about acrylic pouring and has since been practicing and experimenting with different pouring techniques, resulting in her refining and developing her own style of artworks.
