About raiSE SG
The Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise, raiSE, was set up in 2015 to develop the Social Enterprise sector in Singapore through a cross-sector collaboration between the Ministry of Social and Family Development, National Council of Social Service, Social Enterprise Association and Tote Board to develop the social enterprise sector in Singapore. It is a membership body for aspiring social entrepreneurs, existing social enterprises and other individuals and organisations that are interested in contributing to the development of the Social Enterprise sector. Through a stringent selection process, it currently has an existing membership of around 300 members.
Our Social Objectives
One of our core values is to do good and do well for the benefit of the arts community. We empower visual artists and buyers to create new opportunities and interactions in the art ecosystem to allow them to advance and support each other.
As part of our corporate social responsibility, #MeetArts is proud to support beneficiaries who are chronically unemployable, people with special needs or disabilities to monetize their artworks through our platform. All sales commission for these beneficiaries will be waived.
