Queenie Kou is a Singaporean mixed media artist who paints from her home studio based in sunny Singapore.

Vivid colours, textures and composition are all important elements of her works. Ever curious, Queenie has dabbled in many art mediums before arriving at the latest stylised collection of animal portraits at her 2022 art exhibition, Sauces.

Mainly self-taught, she has a passion for all art forms and has been drawing and painting from a young age. Due to the demand of work, she took a hiatus and only returned to it seriously in 2010.

Since 2014, Queenie has been exhibiting her artworks both locally and abroad. She also teaches art at her studio and volunteers for art-related projects.
