MeetArts recently had the distinct privilege of participating in the Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH), which is renowned as Asia's premier startup and innovation festival. Located at one-north, this event brought together a diverse array of startups, encompassing fields ranging from biomedical technology to online job platforms, all under one roof. SWITCH presented a unique platform for budding entrepreneurs to showcase their innovations and connect with potential partners, investors, and talent.

For MeetArts, this event represented an exciting opportunity on several fronts. We had a twofold mission for our participation. First and foremost, we were eager to identify and onboard talented interns who could contribute their skills and fresh perspectives to our growing enterprise. At MeetArts, we believe in nurturing young talent and providing them with a dynamic, creative environment to grow and thrive.

The response from students at various Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs) was truly heartening. We were thrilled to see the enthusiasm and interest expressed by these budding artists, business enthusiasts, and tech-savvy individuals. Their passion for the arts and commitment to our platform reaffirmed our belief in the power of art to bring people together. We welcomed these aspiring interns, knowing they would be integral to our mission of promoting local artists and their incredible talents.

While intern recruitment was a significant aspect of our participation, MeetArts also used SWITCH as a valuable opportunity to raise awareness about our platform. As we strive to create a thriving community of artists and art enthusiasts, it's essential to connect with a broader audience. SWITCH provided the ideal stage to introduce more people to the beauty and significance of local art. We want everyone to experience the vibrancy of our art community and actively support the artists who pour their hearts and souls into their creations.

Furthermore, we are enthusiastic about the potential for collaboration with other startups and institutions that share our vision and values. As we reflect on our experience at SWITCH, we are enthusiastic about the opportunities that lie ahead.
